We bought these raincoats for our family who have 5 scout camps together. You were awesome. Both camps had showers every day. We were still able to participate in all activities while staying warm and dry. My kids are small so I had to tuck my pants up with some rollers to keep them out of the mud. I was also able to wash them when we got home, using a laundry bag in a cold environment. Would definitely buy this brand again.

Bought for my 11 year old niece for a week fishing in Canada. 1) She loved it. 2) We had a wet and cold week and she wore it a lot. Repels rain, wind and fish. She also wore it whenever the opportunity arose and was never afraid to fish in the rain/cold. (We have 46f cold in August). This was my first FroggTogg costume that I bought. This is ideal for everyday use. If it's survived a week of use and isn't looking its worst due to wear and tear. So I think you can expect a reasonable lifespan. I

The boy survived camp perfectly. It's still intact and surprisingly warm. Probably the best "breathable" raincoat for kids. It will tear, but for the price it's excellent quality. No matter the fabric (and I've personally used Frogg Toggs, eVent, Gortex, whatever the groundhog Precip had), none of them will magically wick sweat. You will get hot and you will sweat. When it stops raining, it's best not to wear cotton clothes when you're in the desert and risk hypothermia. When you are at home…
