I like how easy it was to learn in using the software, everything worked well as far as uploading/downloading from my computer to ftp's. It also has great security options so I know what access people have when using the program. There are some things about this product that could be improved upon. The UI is very intuitive; it's easy to use. I like how easy it is to use as well as how many different features there are. It's also free! I dislike how slow it sometimes gets when I'm trying to do things like copy large files. I've had problems with this in the past but have not encountered it recently.
