UPDATE: After I posted my first negative review, the seller contacted me and asked if they could send me a replacement watch (props!). I agreed and a new watch arrived. The new watch held up much better. In fact, after I left this review, my daughter confessed to me that she was very rough on the watch and that she was responsible for "a small rectangular bracelet that you can put a bracelet in".
