This is my everyday bag and it fits quite a lot! It has my phone, a bulky wallet, pepper spray, lanyard, keys, a pack of gum, lip balm, eyeglass cleaning cloths and receipts, and fits quite a few more. It falls over one shoulder, so it needs to be worn cross-body. At the end of the zipper it starts to fall apart a bit but this does not affect performance/durability.
