Bought two of these for my twin nieces and they love them. I'd say they're a little bigger than expected, but that just means they'll do more good. They are not crumpled like I thought from the photos. They really are more of a very casual swimwear material. You could definitely wear them to the beach or to the water park. In the end, Aunt Kelly made the best choice for her, so I'm happy!

As other reviewers have said, the fabric is as smooth as a swimsuit material. It is exactly like in the photo. I have size 10-13 for my daughter who is 8 years old and tall for her age. She just got size 10/12 or size L from other clothing brands so I thought this might be a bit big for her. The label actually says XL, not 10-13. Knowing that, I would probably try to order size L. However, size XL fits her well. Maybe a little big, but not bad at all. 5 Stars

I love this dress. Bought for my tall and thin 11 year old. She looks good. It fits the figure and I should have gone a size up. But it fits with the sexist, patriarchal, and antiquated dress code this school still encourages for girls. The fabric is very light and she wears a shirt underneath because she can see through, which made her uncomfortable as she tried not to distract the primary school teachers from their work. The print is very cute and she loves it. Dress with a flowing skirt.
