Received the sky blue hat on a trip to Disney and loved it. It felt very light and breathable. It kept me cool and my face in shadow. I burn easily so this was an important feature. I have a small (adult) head and it has adjusted. It was very comfortable even with my braided hair underneath. I'm so glad I found these hats. I walk a lot and you tend to get very hot and sweat when walking uphill and in very hot weather. The cotton hats I've worn are too hot and don't dry quickly when wet. These hats are made of a very thin material that absorbs sweat quickly. Also, they are much cooler than cotton hats, so you don't sweat as much. For many years I was annoyed by the sun while cycling. Visors that fit helmets are usually useless to protect your eyes from the sun if there is any angle.
