Sometimes it works but not always

I was glad to get this after my stylus was lost, it fits my galaxy note 9 perfectly but my phone doesn't always recognize it so I was disappointed with it . I appreciate the tools to open the SIM card slot on my phone and the case, I just wish it was easy to use.

Can be plugged into the phone and avoid annoying pop-up messages. However, it is not quite flush and stands out a bit. Note. No Bluetooth connection as advertised. So it still shows a message that the phone cannot be connected. The fine print says no bluetooth connection.
