If I had known they were this bright I would have bought the 60 watt version. Anyway, I'm a little happy about this kill since I installed this device above my table saw in the basement. It illuminates the entire basement like daylight. Very impressive and I love that you can adjust the angle of the three different blades to spread the light.

We have a large underground car park and have used 300 watt incandescent bulbs to light up all corners with no success. These are expensive lightbulbs that get very hot and use a lot of electricity. LED panels install like an incandescent bulb (30 seconds), are VERY bright and don't use much power, and provide a much more directional light. I don't understand why we didn't get them a long time ago. Good product!

I used to need to 'light up' the power divider and replacing it with this really helped. Because it has three different angles, it covers my entire garage and not the "dark spots" that used to exist. Yes, it saves energy, but it doesn't matter as better visibility when I'm looking for something in the garage, inspecting my car, or having a better view of a project on my desktop is crucial. I would also buy as a present for my father.

I buy several different versions of these 'deformable' garage leds and have to say the advertised 8000 lumens is nothing compared to the others. They don't put out more than half the light compared to my other 80W 12,000 lumen deformable bulbs, which are only $15 more per bulb. You get what you pay for and I would suggest buying one where the deformable panels create a real circle of light, not those 'leaves'. I'm not sure of the circuit or efficiency differences, but they have many more LEDs…

To be honest these lights bother me. I'm very disappointed but you have to understand why. My garage is a mess! Now I find more and more crap in my garage.
