Excellent and such the best price on SubZero

These bulbs came so fast and worked perfectly in my subzero spot instead of dead bulbs. The glass is transparent, not blue, but that didn't bother me. They're so much cheaper than solar bulbs so the small difference is worth it to me. Can't comment on durability yet as I've only had it for a few days.

Good bulb for Sub-Zero

Not as dark blue as the original bulb in my Sub-Zero BI-30 fridge. However, they don't cost $50 each from another source at Revain. I always try to use OEM but fifty bucks for a bulb is crazy. I installed them and despite the lighter blue glass they look good and give the light I need. Will they continue? For the price I'll give them a shot.

Pros
  • Test for one year
Cons
  • Alright

Great replacement for Sub-Zero 700 Series

I built a 10 year old 42" Sub-Zero 700 Series. It has 5 lightbulbs. 3 in the fridge and 2 in the freezer. I had a lamp on each side. Official parts suppliers in the US (as of June 2020) charge $20.09 + shipping for 1 lamp. So despite the mixed reviews I decided to try these GE bulbs which are $24 for 5. I am very picky and that is totally acceptable but all you have to do is use all 5 bulbs at once with this 5 pack to replace, and the light will be perfectly even for $24 instead of $100 +…

and the inside of the fridge has turned a dull yellow tint

Although they were looking for replacement SubZero bulbs and they are the same shape/size T-10 and look the same with a bluish tint and the same structure and arrangement of threads, they are not the same. Live they have a much lighter blue cast and the inside of the fridge has taken on a dull yellow cast. I returned them and ended up buying new SubZero LED bulbs that are brighter and whiter than even the original bulbs.

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Very expensive

No blue cast like the OEMs - call Subzero Customer Service

One of the three light bulbs in my Subzero 700 series refrigerator was burned out and needed replacing. However, as others have pointed out, these bulbs aren't the same shade of blue as the OEMs - a softer white and a distinct difference from the other two bulbs. I don't like the light these bulbs give off compared to the OEMs so I called Subzero who put me in touch with my local parts store and I have a replacement bulb on the way. Please note the bulb cost me about $25 from the dealer. Yes it
