never had a problem but these headphones are too big! They don't even fit in my ears and the cord is too short to use at the table. :/ From the first touch of the plastic you can tell that it is cheap material, it seems that the case will break with the first fall.

To be honest one of the worst headphones I've ever bought. I feel really cheated of my money, I had to push it a bit harder to get it working properly and even then only one side worked. They stopped working a few days after purchase and my phone broke. Even the tote bag was a bit of a let down, I totally thought the material was like a jelly bag or something. If you don't want to spend money on something useless, you should definitely look elsewhere for functional and affordable headphones.

I bought two pairs of Gearonic TM Stereo Headphones. I bought a pair to carry in my purse and another for my 10 year old daughter who loves the adorable macaroon box they bring. These headphones have good sound quality. They are comfortable on the ears. Only thing I wish they had a microphone. They are great for listening to music, watching movies or YouTube. The only thing is if you do this on your phone when you get a call you don't have a microphone so you have to remove them to take calls…
