Unfortunately the connection to one of the batteries was lost. So I sent back to get a replacement order. I'm sure the battery change will be ok.

I was ready to give up and buy a brand new duo of phones because none of my phones were loaded. Now both work fine and I saved the bunch!

The battery suits my needs well. We had 3 cordless phones - ordered 1 plus a 2 pack. All connected as expected and working fine. Solid purchase. Good price.

The phone stopped charging after just a few months. The phone only works about 50 minutes from the base when calling. You can buy a new phone for about $10. That will be my next option. I buy a lot from Amazon and this is probably my first negative review. Bad product.

I bought these for some old cordless phones I have in my garage. Battery life for 10 year batteries was about 5 minutes. With new batteries I have been on the phone for more than 30 minutes without any problems. If the LCD screens were still working I could see the condition of the batteries but unfortunately they died years ago. Good price and seems to have a good battery.

I threw away both battery packs. The plugs didn't fit my old fashioned cordless phone. The connectors look exactly like the connectors in a dead, old battery pack, but something about the connectors isn't quite right. I can put the old battery back into the phone, but the new batteries just won't snap into the phone. The holes in the connectors appear to line up with the pins on the phone; However, the holes are obviously slightly misaligned with the contacts in the phone.
