Top-Quality Radiator Surge Cap

As a result of my tests, I determined that this replacement cap provided excellent performance and reliability. Its solid construction and tight seal ensured efficient pressure management and prevented any leaks. However, the only downside is its slightly higher price compared to other brands. Nonetheless, I believe that this genuine product is worth every penny for any car owner who values quality and durability.

Pros
  • Durable and high-quality
Cons
  • Relatively expensive compared to aftermarket alternatives

Exact factory replacement for my 2005 Cadillac CTS-V. I bought this one because the number was written on it and it appears to be the exact same piece. I had a phantom leak which I eventually found out was due to the radiator reservoir overflowing because the cap was no longer holding pressure. This fixed it

Exact Replacement: Caps

I had a problem with coolant disappearing in my 2005 Silverado. After several tests that went well, the mechanic suggested trying a new cap. When I removed the old cap, the o-ring on the neck seemed flattened compared to this new one. At this point my coolant level seems to have stabilized, so I believe that was the fix and the old cap just wouldn't close. Ideal!
