Well if you buy this for shaving you are in for a nice surprise. This is a great aftershave option, but the secret is that it gets rid of pimples. No kidding as it is an astringent I used it on my back. My acne disappeared within a week. Forget all those fancy expensive treatments. The powers that be don't want you to know that a simple $20 natural bar of alum will cure you. Such an amazing product and amazing effects.

This is the third brand of alum I have tried in many years. I like the larger size as it is less likely to slip out of my hands than some of the other smaller blocks like the Osma. I'm hoping it's a solid block as the last brand I tried was Razorock and I was dismayed to find that the outside was 1/4" or so solid but the inside was a mass of crystals that didn't go so well on my face.
