Gilden Expansion 17 22mm Stainless-Steel 552 B-2 Review

I should have gotten one of these harnesses years ago! I forgot I used to have the same one and it was very practical and convenient. It took me a while to figure out how to remove some of the links for better matching, but then it was easy.

Over a year ago I bought a new black watch and bought a Gilden Expansion strap for it. I immediately ordered another one to replace the first one. The first one was still in good shape, but I'd lost some weight and now the watch is dangling from my wrist. I was able to buy a new strap, just a little shorter, and the watch is stuck again. The bracelet also came with new pins so I didn't have to use the old ones. Big guilds I could give you 6 stars but apparently 5 is lime.

Not what I expected. The black color comes off very easily. I tried adjusting the strap by removing the link and all I did was scrape the paint off. I couldn't get my watch knife under the doors either. I confess I have no experience adjusting an extendable watch strap but it was so difficult that I gave up. Probably just thrown away. After all, it was only $10 or so. I think you get what you pay for.

7.25" length fits my husband's wrist without undue strain or pinching - a good length for a man with large wrists who finds standard flared watch straps uncomfortably tight .Very easy to install - I used the small screwdriver that comes with the eyeglass repair kit to hold the springs down until the tips fit into the grooves on the watch.Attractive appearance with a black dial.Another reviewer called it shiny and trendy - I don't think so - it just looks like Black Metal My husband is happy…

I'll start with what I don't like. As you can see in the photo, the strip does not curve outward at the joint, so it tends to slide off to one side or the other. I had to zoom in on the photo to get a better look, so it probably won't be noticed for the less picky, and I think my dislike for this look will soon pass. That's all I don't like about this group. As the name suggests, it's too convenient. It feels better on my hand than the original strap. It's a lighter feeling. He feels so much…
