I ordered both black and white. After reading the reviews I bought a size smaller and a normal size for my 9 year old medium sized child. I received a size 130 (for size 9-10) and a size 150 (for size 7-8) which was clearly a mistake. Luckily she needed 150, so her mistake actually worked well for us. The quality wasn't good enough. My 10 year old daughter chose this shirt. I was afraid it would be short and inappropriate. In fact, it was exactly the opposite. She fit perfectly! It wasn't short at all and was definitely age appropriate.

We have it in lavender with a checked shoulder. My daughter is 6 years old, weighs about 42 pounds and is 44.5 inches tall. We are size 5-6 (120) and it fits her well. still has room for growth at this size. The style is a bit square and the front tie is long. There is some adjustment to how far you can pull the bottom down when tying the tie. This is a soft jersey with a bit of stretch, we love it and looks great with shorts in the summer.

I bought 2 of these shirts. Once yellow and once grey. Both are the same size! Read the size chart and go normal size with my granddaughters. The yellow shirt is at least half a size bigger than the gray one!
