This is a very good and well made pillow but it did not help my neck and shoulder pain and numbness when I sleep on my side. Hope someone in my house can use it.

This pillow is the best. I no longer have neck pain or headaches that come from neck pain. I had to buy a zippered pillowcase because normal pillowcases kept slipping off all night. It is very comfortable.

Nice pillow - love the memory foam it's made of. I wish the padding was more like the picture. Minimal back pain relief so far, but after prolonged use I will update this review if there is a significant improvement.

I bought this pillow to help with neck pain when I sleep at night. Unfortunately, it seems too high for me personally and almost causes more pain. However, if I put it on the floor and use it by stretching my back or something like that, everything is fine. It might just be this pillow with my bed, so I'm not going to completely knock it off! But I haven't had much luck with that. :/

Ok I usually sleep on my side but this pillow still allows me to sleep comfortably! That's great. This is an odd pillow and I didn't know what to expect. There are many ways to "use" it, and you'll have to spin it a few times to see what works for you. It's firm and I wasn't expecting it but that's what makes it great, the various ribs are there for more than just neck and head support. I recommend that you air it out for a full day before using it.

It looks close enough when you take it out of the box until you try to figure out how to twist it and then you can't because they aren't that deep and it doesn't look like it like the pictures with instructions. Also, the zipper on the outer shell broke on the first day, I couldn't put it back together. It's definitely memory foam and it would be handy if I could just figure out how to use it, it's pictured based on what I received. All I can do is keep using it for a while and see if I can…
