Just remember the black ring is second from the top and ALL the dowel pins have to go back and before you put them back together you've never used those red things, I hope them were not so important with valves

This kit was installed last weekend, took about 2 hours. Were all the parts and gaskets needed to install the jug? Was on the bike all week, works great. He has much more power than before. The price was great!

It took some time to figure out how to get perfect operation once installed. I suggest checking the weight and details of your CVT when assembling a large Note kit. Definitely gave me the torque I need to get up hills and keep up with traffic without worrying about my engine exploding like with 80cc and up kits.

Excellent fit and finish, well honed bore finish and all parts are very good quality as far as the eye can see. The only (minor and somewhat expected) issue was a slightly "tight" end gap on the top compression ring. a minute with a small file did it (about 0.001 inch removed). I'd rather have the new gaps on the tight side than the loose side, ie you can take some off but not put back on!
