Works great with Fujifilm XT-4 and Godox TT350 in both TTL and Manual modes. BUT figuring out how to set them up to work together is NOT EASY. It's been a few months now and I still can't get HSS to work on any of my 3 Fuji cameras (XT2, XT3 and Xpro2).
