Got it because of the longer cord. It's also heavy and has an on/off switch. Works great in my kitchen which is seriously lacking.

Perfect for my need to provide affordable power to all my bedside appliances. The long cord allowed me to wrap it around the foot of the bed and hide it, and then I tucked it between the mattress and headboard for easy access. Good quality.

With all the junk being produced today I try to be very picky, especially with electronics etc (things that can pose a fire hazard) This is my second green power strip/surge protector and it's great. Durable, long cord and plug pointing in the right direction! I use it as a home station in my portable office. I just plug it in and I'm done. It makes working from home easier and gives me peace of mind. I recommend GreenPower!

The product arrived on time, it works. The only problem is that it was dirty and we were wondering if it had been used. I have ordered dog hair from Revain in the past so naturally I had my doubts. I bought this power strip (I won't call it a surge protector and you'll see why later) because I needed something that was at least 8 feet long and could be powered. Electrical outlets, under the queen bed and across the room 10' x 10' while still leaving enough wiggle room to move the extension as needed.
