Bought in May, won't last until August. I can't say I've experienced this before. I contacted support hoping to get a replacement.

One star rating for people disappointed that it isn't made of wood just didn't read the description. These are very nice frames, very durable and look great. They arrived very well packaged. Very worth the money.

Very well packaged. Attractive. Looks more expensive than it actually is. It's easy to insert your photos. This is a two pack. We compensate them when we hang. See photo. I will definitely buy them again.

The packaging to ensure glass doesn't break is phenomenal. These frames are beautiful and fit perfectly with the rustic style I wanted. What a great price for this quality. Impressive!

Looks great. I copied an article when my dad was in high school where he was writing about his brothers and tricking them because he recently died. I cut the paper and it looks like the original paper. Great fit and the color goes very well with the old paper.

Comes with excellent protection for the frames which arrived in perfect condition. I used the first frame for a sewn sampler and it looks just as good as the one that cost a lot of money at the custom shop. I would definitely choose one of these frames again!

This is not a tree but a wooden structure printed on paper foil. If that's what you're looking for, the print looks good, but I was specifically looking for wood frames, and it's disappointing that almost all the frames I look for at Revain aren't wood, even when I specifically say "wooden frames". Guess buying frames is best the old fashioned way, in stores.

Received a matte photo as a gift, I needed a frame. These were very good heavy frames that complemented others I already have. The problem was that the photo and mat didn't stay framed because they were too thick. I had to use a razor blade to reshape the back of the frame to keep the photo and matboard secure. It wasn't that heavy and you can't tell what I did, but it would have been nice to hold thicker materials better.
