The new one only charged up to 7.4 volts.

I was only able to charge the battery from the box up to 7.4 volts. This is the cutoff voltage for the Yaesu FT-60 radio. Did they send it back to me or are they just poor quality?

Fits but not well enough to hold the clip

Fits but the edge of the clip needs to be larger or the o-ring around the battery needs to be larger because the clip holding it in the radio is can be pulled out by gravity if you grip the radio so that the battery is pushed all the way into the radio.

Stopped working with portable audio and video after 30 days

The battery arrived and worked for several days. As this is for a radio I don't use often I put it aside until I needed it, when I used it again after a while I tried to charge it and it won't hold a charge anymore. I have contacted the seller and the best they will do is give me a discount on another one. I contacted them 4 days after the Revain return deadline. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM FROM THIS SELLER!

Batteries won't hold a charge

I was really hoping this battery would be great. I don't gravitate towards third party items but figured why not. The price was great, but this battery didn't charge properly or hold a charge. Very disappointed. At first I thought I had a bad battery but the 2nd showed the same. For those who make this battery work properly, congratulations. I was really expecting at least a decent battery, but it wasn't there.

  • Only available in black

If It Won't Charge - Batteries

For those of you who gave this battery a 1 for not charging, I've found a probable cause that's easy to troubleshoot . The lower right battery needs to be removed from the black plastic to make contact with the contact point on your radio. That's all. I bought two, neither charged. I looked on the radio and there is a contact point. But the battery is covered with black plastic. My original battery has this dot showing shiny metal. So I removed the black plastic and now they work great.

Pros
  • Portable Audio Video
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than others
