Not "like new ", product was damaged and not properly refurbished

This was supposed to be like a brand new factory refurbished pixelpad but when I received it it didn't look refurbished. This is not a factory reset, I had to do it myself. I also noticed scratches on the front as if it had been dropped and the touchscreen wasn't working as it should. Sometimes I touch a key and it doesn't register properly. In general, I like the product, but it's clearly not 'like new'.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • No performance

Good specs but poor functionality

I like the specs on this pixelbook but I can't do much with it. I can surf the internet. I can use Google's document software, but there are other problems when I send it to someone who uses Microsoft Office. It doesn't even have a card reader. It's no different than any other Chromebook that's a lot cheaper and does exactly the same thing.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Best Chromebook!

I bought this refurbished check, I even thought people warned me about it, but I tried and won. I really like this Chromebook and am very happy with my purchase. I'm a teacher and needed something good to get through this pandemic with virtual learning and our school chromebooks have been so slow. Everyone liked it and want it too. Lasts all day. I live with using it as a laptop and then as a tablet, checking student work between desks. No problem. I love this and can only recommend it.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • protection

What else do you need?

This is a fantastic laptop. I can't believe how much power they pack into this form factor. It's like living in the future. Well, it's 2020. The operating system is a delight, and ChromeOS really shines on a machine like this. I think because there are so many entry-level Chromebooks out there, people downplay the benefits of ChromeOS, but it really is a great operating system. The Linux integration, which is still in beta, really seals the deal. The ability to install Android and Linux apps in

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Negatives available
