Save money on computer accessories and peripherals

This thing sucks when I saw it and looked at the reviews. I just thought it might be a low quality computer or a bad product, but when I got it in the mail and hooked it up I hooked it up to my PC and hooked up a mouse and keyboard. My mouse didn't work. I switched a few connectors and found it working, but when I jumped into the Overwatch game it worked for about 3 seconds and then just stopped and I can't move my mouse and it goes back to work like a giant stutter and the body of it is theโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Some problems

Patchy functionality at best

About a month later I realized that this doesn't always work. It's always connected but randomly stops working and I have to switch between different ports to make it work. I wouldn't buy this again and would recommend other potential buyers spend a few bucks more to get something that actually works. If not, I'm sure you're in the same boat as me and looking for a replacement.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Security

Would go again but for $3 not worth the hassle.

Not compatible with my wireless mouse and cannot use it to connect/tether my Samsung Galaxy S5 to my laptop. When connected to my laptop, it also interferes with connecting to my wireless router for internet access. Would go again but for $3 not worth the hassle.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Some minor issues

Pretty good for the price

Works well but the connectors don't sit flush with the case and the plugs are crooked which doesn't inspire much confidence with prolonged use. Haven't had any issues with the work so far, so I've only deducted one star. The price was pretty competitive so I definitely feel like I got what I paid for.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Nothing

Good charger, inefficient data transfer.

If you are looking for a very simple hub to charge your basic electronics then you have come to the right place. However, if you're looking for some sort of data connection, I think it's wiser to look elsewhere. Even charging more advanced electronics requires a data signal, such as B. some smartwatches.

Pros
  • Compatible with your Windows, Mac OS or Linux systems.

Day three: port overheating

I opened my mailbox and there was a package. I opened the package and saw a cheap little bag with goods inside. No packaging or anything, just a small, very poorly packaged port. I connected it to my computer and it did nothing. No notifications. I connected a USB keyboard to the second port and it took a minute but it started soon after. I then connected a RevainBasics mouse to port 3. Nothing. Waited about 5 minutes. Nothing. I moved it to port 4 and it worked and same with port one. Nowโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Normal version, can connect USB device and transfer data.
