GPC Image Compatible Replacement PGI 1200XL Computer Accessories & Peripherals Review

Unfortunately the black ink carriage I opened and used didn't work. I would like to recommend this product, but I can't at the moment. I ended up buying a set of Canon ink cartridges. I had no time.

I was originally going to give this product five stars, but after a few weeks of introducing these cartridges I have to do a thorough cleaning on a regular basis. The clarity I had when printing is no longer there. Now the colors are not as vivid as the Canon cartridges, I also have streaks in every image that is printed. I am not sure if I will buy them again.

I was very excited to try these printer cartridges because there were so many great reviews about them. I've been using Canon inks made for printers since I've had them and was hesitant to try an 'unknown' brand but gave it a try anyway. Was very disappointed. I've always had a clean and strong print, but not anymore. Many lines are missing and not filled. I cleaned the printer and even deep cleaned it, no difference. Needless to say I will be going back to my Canon inks and will stay there.

I installed 3 color cartridges today and my printer accepted them all with no problem. I did a test print and the colors were very accurate. So far I'm impressed and grateful that replacement cartridges cost so much less than genuine Canon cartridges. Replacing cartridges with their brand has cost me a small fortune, and I've already spent more on ink than the printer itself. I got double the amount for a third of the price by buying them. Great ink, I've been using this brand in my Canon printer for a few years now and the results have been great. I have three children who go to school from home. They do their job so quickly that I print extra worksheets. Sometimes I could print 6-10 sheets just for that. I'm interested in photography, so sometimes I can print the same photo 5 or 6 times and change the image. The use of these more economical inks makes this possible. Original ink would be too expensive.

My only printer, I had to change the ink every month and ONE CARTRIDGE was $30. Now I have a Canon MAXIFY 2720 and I can buy this ink! This is an amazing deal for the price. I'm sure it will last me all year! The print quality is the same as with original Canon inks, the printer accepted the cartridge just as well as you can see on the photo of the test page, no problems with black.
