I like this product. I like the smell although I prefer lavender or citrus scents. it is strong from the dryer but goes away after a day. Sometimes it doesn't dissolve completely, leaving only a small amount at the bottom of the washing machine. I am allergic to all fabric softeners and many detergents. It doesn't cause me any problems. It's good to get away from oil products and plastic bottles. I was sad to see the plastic lining although it keeps the gel packs dry. can you try it with a box?

I am both happy and dissatisfied with this product. First the smell: For the entire first half of this product I was overwhelmed and not satisfied.
