Update: 7 months have passed. I still love and play with this bassinet/package but sadly we've outgrown it. My little one is well above the 80th percentile so it probably won't happen to you! I've looked at many bassinet options and this is my favorite. I love the look and the size but most importantly this cradle can be used for babies unlike any other cradle. What almost put me off buying it is that nobody but Graco makes blades for these and they have horrible reviews and are polyester. I ordered this crib in anticipation of several short trips I have taken with my little one. I NEVER intended to put her in a hotel bed and that seemed like a good option. But now it has become their main crib. The padding is pretty good and she feels comfortable in it. I like that I can wheel it around the house as needed. And when I have to carry it, it's very light. UPDATE: We went to Target and found that standard-sized cotton and jersey pillowcases fit the mattress topper. The jersey is elastic, true to size, there is no extra pillowcase to remove. - 2 stars because there are no sheets or 20x30 "Dream on Me" mattress for it, you might be tempted to buy them.
