Best web framework ever for building user friendly dynamic websites

It is very easy to create applications using grail, it has excellent documentation which makes learning super fast as well as having various plugins available in market helps one get things done easily without going through much of hassle. I have used several other frameworks like Spring MVC but nothing beats this when compared with ease of use and rapid development capabilities that come along with this tool. Grails gives great flexibility while developing an app. Also its extensibility…

Pros
  • Great Community Support!! :) Good IDE Integration (Eclipse + IntelliJ)
Cons
  • Nothing yet

Most powerful framework available today

The most useful feature of grails is that it allows me to use groovy instead of java, which makes my code more efficient as compared to java. Also, I like the flexibility in creating domain classes, GSPs, controllers, etc., which can be easily integrated with each other. Sometimes it takes time to set up the project but once you have done, its very easy to work with. I would recommend everyone who wants to create an enterprise grade web application should go for this tool. I am solving problems

Pros
  • Easy integration between GSP/Domain class or whatever else we want.It has lot many features available out there..Its so flexible..etc
Cons
  • Some people feel difficult about learning something new

Very good framework for quick and efficient web projects

It is very easy to use, it makes your development process so fast that you can easily create an entire website within two or three days! I have used other frameworks such as Ruby On Rails (ROR) but nothing beats grail's ease of maintenance when compared with RORs featureset limitations because they are not maintained well by their team anymore after version 1 release years ago now. No cons really at this point since 2+ year support from GRAIL has been great in solving any problem related to my…

Pros
  • The ability for me do complete projects faster than before using ruby on rails framework.graile made web application creation much easier!! Easy way we could code html5 pages directly into our groovy files instead writing them separately through IDE like netbeans etc..easy deployable applications without having too many dependencies!!! Great community around here especially if something goes wrong

Awesome framework for developing web apps

It is very good to use, it's easy to understand, has great documentation, and all you need to learn about grails is how to write groovy classes and packages with annotations! I have never used any other Java development frameworks like Spring before using grails so I cannot say anything bad about that. The only downside of this software was that sometimes when i try to run my code from within eclipse or command line (using terminal) it gives me errors which makes debugging difficult. Also the…
