Making henna ink from powder for the first time. Everything I've read said not to buy hair henna powder because it's not the same quality as ink henna. When I bought it I didn't find exactly what I was looking for. However, this product has proven to be a big opponent of temporary tattoo inks with henna! I used this henna as the first step in dying my hair black. I mixed it with lemon juice and let it sit overnight, then mixed some coffee with it and applied it to my hair. I left it on my head for 4 hours, washed it off, dried my hair and mixed indigo.
