The car had problems with the rear and brake lights. The original sockets were old and rusty. Even the cables have come loose. Old sockets didn't keep contact well. They matched almost perfectly. A tab that had to be removed. I did it with a pocket knife and patience. The new bushings have a rubber bushing and seal well. Remember they are general.

Product appears to be well assembled and fits the 1157 body but the lamp only wobbles in the socket. I have tried several regular 1157 bulbs from different manufacturers and two types of LED replacement bulbs. No matter what I used, they didn't "lock" themselves in the outlet. I made them work by sticking a toothpick between the socket and the bulb. They go to the garbage heap as soon as I come back from the parts store with a better item.
