The test report states several times that this cartridge works with the DCP-L2540DW. It is not. The product doesn't fit in a printer and doesn't even look like a Brother cartridge. I ordered this about 2 months before I needed it as I didn't want to run out of ink and then when I opened it 45 days after opening and it didn't fit it went through the returns window.

Very happy with both the quality and price of the toner and the speed with which it was delivered. I can't judge durability yet because it's too early, but my experience so far has been very positive.

Brother smart copiers can detect a sensor in a Brother toner cartridge, which recognizes the cartridge and sends a signal to the copier when the toner is almost empty. In the case of this toner cartridge, it doesn't have a chip to send the signal and instead the copier reads it as no toner cartridge installed and will not work.

Great for large Brother printers but new ones only accept Brother toner cartridges. They fit perfectly on one of my office printers but cannot be used on a Brother home model.

These toner cartridges allow you to print documents with impressively sharp and clear print quality at the low price I paid. In fact, these toners cost many times less than the original Brother toner, but they work great. I cannot confirm the durability of these toner cartridges as I have not run out of ink after replacing them.

I have a black and white Brother laser printer that I don't use very often. I figured given the price, even if I'm only getting a fraction of the performance from them compared to the original brand, these cartridges are still worth it. The print quality corresponds to the original. The only problem was that my printer recognizes that I put in a new toner cartridge. I had to google for a video that showed me the secret way to press the buttons to manually reset the toner.

Didn't fit the drum well. Made a lot of noise. Does not indicate that the toner has run out. Other than that, it printed decently as long as it had toner. Cheap and good value but I won't buy it again. Many other alternatives that work better.
