🌺 King/California King Greenland Home Maui Quilt Set (3 Piece) in Multi-Colored Review

Beautiful blanket. King size is good and big. Unfortunately the quality is not there. So disappointed that we paid so much for what we could have gotten at a discount store for $30 given the quality. From the packaging, torn threads and bad seams were immediately noticeable. Owned it for a short time and found it peeling. Not washed yet. I have contacted Greenland three times. They just wanted to know what size and said oh well. Bad customer service.

King Size Pro: It's beautiful. Cons: Looks like synthetic. If it's really cotton (as described and marked) then it's the cheapest cotton blanket I've ever had. In comparison, my last blanket was Donna Sharp. It lasted almost 10 years and never showed any sign of pilling, was crunchy but soft. It is scratchy and has noticeable pilling after 4 washes. After the first wash, my duvet fell off. I washed it on gentle cycle and rolled it before drying. I thought they were soft cotton blankets but they feel like a mixed synthetic material, a little scratchy and heavier than I thought. However, they are a beautiful color and pattern, and after a frustrating first wash, they will continue to wear without fading or pilling. I have a dog and a toddler and they don't pick up hair, the stains come out easily and are hidden by the pattern. I hope they…

I bought wave/seabird duvets and after ordering decided to trade them in for white duvets for my coastal BR. But I can't refuse them, they are so cool! I decided to keep her for a change. I am VERY picky about quilts, they need to be well cut and soft. They were both good workmanship and beautiful colors. I wanted to love this set and based on all the 5 star reviews I bought it. The first came with a stain. I sent it back and they quickly replaced it. Pros: Looks the same as the pictures. Sits like a real king. Cons: Fake backs are thin and flimsy. The top is hard and scratchy, especially the sandy part underneath. This duvet is quite light, very beautiful, smooth and soft to the touch.
