The fabric is cheap and very see through. It was ok for a one time use for a costume contest but it was very see through I had to wear shorts underneath and even I thought they were black but it was still very noticeable.

Based on the reviews, this was NOT EXACTLY what Selena wore, so I ripped the top seam and re-stitched the sides to allow it to cross over. The pants were pretty see through but I just wore black tights underneath and it worked! The bodice was double lined so it was perfect.

5'5 135lbs Small ordered. You definitely need to make changes to the top to make it look like Selena's outfit. I would recommend wearing pants rather than shorts underneath as you can see my shorts are in the photo :( The pants are a bit short but that's fine. If you are over 5ft 5 , this could be an issue.Overall for the price it's a great costume purchase.

I'm 5ft 1" and 132lbs (I ordered a medium size). The downside is that the stripes on top of the halters do NOT cross like they do on Selena. I wore a non-wired bra for Halloween so my chest could be modest. The lower part is also transparent. I wore black leggings, shorts to the knees and this solved that problem. Overall I liked it! I hope the review helps if you are skeptical about the purchase.

Mine has a hole so I'm going to trade it in. But the reason I'm exchanging it and not returning it is because I find it very cute and reasonably priced. This will definitely work as a Selena costume. Not an everyday look, as it is made of traditional fabric, spiky and very translucent. It's good for the price and fits well. I'm 160 and 5ft 6in, I grew tall. I have a very straight waist so if you have a large waist it will fit the way it fits me.

This is clearly not a Selena costume. If that's what you're looking for, don't buy it. The front fabric parts are not cross-stitched at the front and leave a cut-out at the stomach. These two pieces meet in the middle of the pant, creating full coverage of the top and lots of extra fabric. If you look at Selena's outfit, you'll see that the bodice ends sideways at the waist, creating the shape of a belly cut and avoiding excessive sagging of the fabric. I'm 5'6, about 140 lbs and ordered a medium size. I felt very well. I think it should be, but just to give you an idea of the dimensions. The whole outfit is made of thin transparent fabric. The upper part is double-layered and therefore less transparent. It stretches a little. The top didn't fit me at all. Everything was loose and uneven! The length is perfect so if you are over 5ft 2in it will likely be short. Also, one leg was tight and the other looser than the other. I have attached photos
