I bought these thinking they would lose the nominal 50 lumens at night. Not even close. They produce maybe 8-10lm. I tested 3 of these on a 3 volt desktop power supply and they only drew 0.03 amps. This is less than 1/10th of a watt, which is well below their rated output.

These bulbs work well for what I bought them for. Note that a flashlight bulb may not work unless you have a good silver reflector behind it, as the bulb has LED elements on the end but mostly on the sides. Just remember that you get a lamp that suits your needs.

Headlights work when on, but not in 6V flashlights or flashes that use a 6V square battery that has a negative charge in the center of the bulb and has a positive charge on the side of the bulb which makes these bulbs not work. Because light bulbs have a center as a positive force.
