Excellent customer service but product short lived

Without Cherry's customer service and willingness to support this product it would have received two stars instead of three. She sent me replacement packs twice when these bulbs blew out prematurely, but they never lasted. I liked the color and brightness, but they lasted for weeks to months under the pendant light over the kitchen sink (the lamp is surrounded by a glass cover). I leave this bulb on almost 24/7, but by comparison the halogen bulb I bought to replace lasted about two years. LEDs

Exactly what you need

Moved into this house almost 3 years ago. House and Lamps 2005. There are 6 pendant lights on this site as per another review. The bulbs were halogen 35 watts 12 volts. Replacement with LEDs became imperative as the heat generated by the halogens gradually deformed the metal contacts in the porcelain lampholders. Two of our 6 lamps have already temporarily burned out. Tried different 12V LED bulbs from different sources. None of them evenly filled the glass spheres while throwing enough light…

Very petite bulbs - maybe short lived unfortunately - but excellent customer service

Received a pack of these LED bulbs, unwrapped one and loved it; You can see my original 5-star review of February 1st, 2020 below. Unfortunately, now in April 2021, 15 months later, I join the many reviewers who first encountered flickering and then very quickly failing bulbs that accounted for less than 10% of the expected life of a single bulb. The news is that Sunaifah, the seller, immediately sent me a whole second pack of these replacement bulbs AND refunded all my money if you can believe
