These adapters work well with my E350. After figuring out how to position the adapter correctly, I had no problem installing both low beam bulbs. You may need to move the tabs forward to snap them into place.

Very thin, very thin and razor sharp when trying to use them. Buy more than one set. You will ruin a couple just by trying to match them. I've been a mechanic for over 30 years and it has never taken me an hour to change headlight bulbs.

I bought these for a 2016 VW Jetta S. I tried to switch to LED headlights. I had to change the connection to the headlight bracket after changing the connection to the bulb. I was able to get 2 out of 4 to stick with all these mods. Shipping of these was quick.

Had to fiddle around with slight bends in the metal which isn't inherently flimsy. It required some adjustments to fit snugly in the high beam bulb socket on the Hella headlights for the VW Passat, B6 chassis. Since there is very little room in these headlights to properly align the retaining "ears", this made installation difficult.

Type of work. The 2017 Jetta is difficult to fit and not secure due to missing part of the clip. Clips also do not fit katana lights. After some tweaking they worked, but I have to check them often. The seller contacted me but I have not received a reply. Then two months later they contacted us again to ask how the replacement worked, except they never sent a replacement. I'll probably just buy clamps from the VW dealer and change them soon.

They do the job but trying to hold them in place and mount the bulb is ridiculous. I literally had to make curved tabs from the top and 2-sided tape on the bottom edge to attach it to the bulb to make it work. Most people, like me, cannot easily remove the headlights from the car without removing the entire front, including the fairing. This item fits my 2016 BMW 328i (F30). The fit is a little loose compared to the standard H11 halogen headlight brackets, but still holds the LED in place. I am giving this product 5 stars because I am confident that it will fit the intended car and not my car. I ordered this because the product image was very similar to my original mounts. The description says it is aluminum but it is thin steel and differs from the original only in width. The original adapter rings are stronger and thicker than these, so I suggest using a dremel or other tool to modify the mount instead of thin sheet metal rings. I have found that rings are a waste of money and do not work once the packaging is opened. Ring depth is not appropriate for every LED design, especially high power and open callback types.
