Misleading advertising; disappointing vibrating feature

I was excited to try this attachment for my baby, but was quickly disappointed with the lack of vibration. Despite claims of a "vibrating" feature it barely provided any stimulation for my little one. The clattering sound was also underwhelming and not as engaging as I had hoped. On a positive note, the bright colors caught my baby's attention for a brief moment. Overall, i would not recommend this product to other parents..

Made in China best in Rattles & Plush Rings

Claimed not to be made in China but made in China as shown. Not made in Germany. Also, the traction is acceptable only for an older child, say closer to a year.
