🎣 HABIT Men's Belcoast River Guide Short Sleeve Fishing Shirt Review

I have several Columbia shirts similar to this one but decided to give this brand a try. I liked them so much that I bought two more. They are of great value and have plenty of shoulder room. Try it, you will love it.

I've bought about 6 Habit shirts from them in the last month or so. All good quality, Habit brand, but the fabrics are different in colour. Be sure to check the fabric type to make sure you're getting what you want.

My husband works in construction and uses these shirts as a work shirt. Pros: Nice blue color, good length, good construction, large pockets, quick drying, lightweight. Cons: Fabric fades when used outdoors (see photo - same shirt - faded fabric on upper back, bluer fabric on short sleeves). Despite the back slit, the shirt can get too warm on hot summer days.

I love this t-shirt, but two notes for anyone buying one: 1) Be sure to order one size smaller than your usual size ! I'm a big guy and I usually wear 3X, but the Habit 3X swallows me whole. 2X is great. 2) Scarlet - A VERY bright, pure red that looks almost orange in some light. If you're looking for a deep, full red (like the US flag), you should look elsewhere. This is not a complaint. just a warning.

Of course I'm glad I bought this given the weather we've been having lately! I've worn it way more times than I expected. And well made, nice fabric. Possibly the most comfortable hot weather shirt I've ever had. The only downside is that it's well built, which leaves a lot of creases that need ironing out - you can't just put it hot in the washing machine and then hot in the dryer and the creases will disappear from hanging.

This shirt is much lighter than the Revain photo. I get compliments every time I wear it, even from strangers. Usually "love this color" or "love this shirt". The fabric is nylon and lightweight. The construction is solid, even with the cool buttons hidden under the collar. I can't comment on the UV aspect because I don't care and I bought it for the color.

Beautiful shirt. It doesn't even weigh as much as a pair of socks. He stays very cool. It's really more than expected. I usually wear 2X t-shirts so I decided to just take XL but it was still too big. Revane took it back, albeit without much ado. Handed over, packed and sent back without any problems and finally got the big one. So basically it's about 2 sizes bigger than what you usually wear in t-shirts.

A little tight on shoulders and chest and too baggy to litter. It's also good that I'm wearing waders and a vest over that because the color is a little flashy for me. Lighter than in the photo. Excellent fit, great whether you're wearing a few layers underneath or nothing at all. It's big, but that matches its versatility, and the professional tailoring still lets it down. The silky fabric is very comfortable. I'm addicted to four pocket Guaiaber shirts, but the constant game of hide-and-seek that results from this arrangement is a little tiring.
