Very well made watch strap in a nice combination of leather and nylon. This doesn't give the watch a cheap look but a unique look. That said, I'm a big guy and I have big wrists - they still fit me, up to the #2 mark - no further. Of course, the watch it's attached to is a bit small for my wrist, so I'm not deducting a star for that! I'm not a fan of wearing watches all the time, but after putting them on I immediately forgot they were there until I went to check the time. I like it.

the strap is a bit thin but probably good enough. The main problem is that the last hole (i.e. the one closest to the watch) is at the point of strong expansion of the bracelet. You cannot thread the strap through the buckle to use this hole. This hole is purely decorative. It cannot be used. What were they thinking?

The materials and finish of this strap are better than others I have had. The nylon strap material is about 1-1/2-2 times thicker than cheap straps, and the leather edges are smoothed, sealed, and dyed black, as opposed to the raw edges found on cheaper straps. The length given in the description is a bit conservative - mine is 75mm from the watch pin to the inside of the buckle and on the other side 120mm from the watch pin to the end. This is a replacement for the same set I bought in 2015 for $17. Inflation is real folks. $1 per year == 5% inflation for this item that used to cost $17. The last lasted 5 years. 4-5 stars right? The second strap holder wears out. It's a thin, thin piece of leather. But don't know how you would do it better. I decided to try a different color for my unstoppable Swiss Army watch and bought this black instead of the brown. It is very well constructed with premium leather and premium nylon fabric. This gave the watch a whole new look and made it very comfortable. I think the nylon mesh is a big plus because it doesn't seem to harden into a weird rounded shape like full grain leather. Nice watch strap and great new look.

I love the strap but let's be honest it doesn't have the same durability or material as a Wenger or VSA OEM -Tape. The canvas material is single layer (unlike OEM straps which are double layer) and the leather and buckle are thinner and less well finished than a store-bought OEM strap. It's a decent value for the price, but I didn't expect it to last as long or withstand heavy use in the field as the OEM tape.
