I had very low expectations for this group maybe due to the price. It was supposed to be with pens, but the feel is actually very good. Every time I put my watch on, I'm amazed at how comfortable and soft this strap is (and it's not the only silicone strap I own). The glaring problem and reason for removing the star is the metal pin that secures the strap in your chosen hole. Most of the prongs are firmly attached to the buckle's frame and thus remain centered, making attachment quick and easy.

Looks and wears well

Bought as a set with a watch very similar to this Citizen (same look, different colour). Installation was fairly easy - at 22mm the strap fitted perfectly around the lugs leaving little to no room. As for the fit, I have a small wrist, about 6 inches in circumference. The strap works well and I use the second or third smallest hole. It is quite soft and flexible and sits comfortably on the wrist. The white stitching makes the bracelet look like leather from a distance. There is one star because

Looks good, but is a dust and lint magnet!

This watch strap looks great when it's clean. It is well made, the orange thread along the strap is sewn neatly. My problem with this watch strap is that the surface is a bit sticky. It's a bit hard to describe, but the silicone surface offers a lot of resistance when you run your finger over the surface (so not smooth). And if you touch/rub the watch band on a dry towel or cotton sweater, dust/lint will remain on the surface of the band. I think that's manufacturer intent because it means…

Good replacement for hard leather strap

I used this strap to replace a rather hard leather strap on my Timex Intelligent Quartz Compass/Chrono watch (model T49867). It is more comfortable than the original leather and has orange stitching just like the original strap. What surprised me is that it's not as flexible as some of the silicone bands I've seen, it's more like a resin band in that regard, but flexible enough. The pattern on the back of the strap also keeps the strap from slipping (this was an issue with the standard leather…

Pros
  • High test results for grip and durability
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

didn't survive the first mission!

I bought this harness 8 months ago but last night I used it for the first time. This is a quality looking strap with a nice soft texture, dark charcoal color with bright yellow stitching, 120mm x 75mm in length. Well, after swimming, the watch disappeared from my wrist! Luckily, I was able to retrieve it from the bottom of the pool with only cosmetic damage. I licked it off (you can finish the rest!). The strap broke at the spring bar. Maybe this band was one of the few defective ones because I
