Magic Merlin Alternative

We ordered this product because swaddling is not legal in licensed child care facilities in Oregon. We've used magic merlin at home and it works great, but I guess they can't use it either. We met on the second week when my son was awake in daycare when I relented and ordered this. We are on day 3 of this product and it has made all 3 normal daytime naps. It doesn't work as well as the magic gyrfalcon, but it's good enough for my son who always has a bad sleep and wakes up when he's going to…

Waste of $40 on the best bedding

I bought this because my baby was starting to roll over and it was time to stop changing the sleeping bag. The only thing that makes this sleeping bag different from all the others is that it has arms. My baby slept worse the two nights we used it than he had since birth. This reduced the starting reflex (but is it really?), but she still wakes up scratching her face, not unlike in a sleeping bag with no arms. If that was the result I wanted, I would have just saved my $40 and used a swaddle…

Great as an extra layer for the cold

We've had it a little over a month now and have really enjoyed using it. She wears it almost every night (we alternate it with Carter's long sleeves). I love that the sleeves are loose enough that she can wear a long sleeve jumpsuit and long sleeve pajama bodysuit underneath. We bought her when she was 7 months old. She was about 17 pounds and 27 inches tall at the time. She has had several growth spurts recently, has started rolling over and is in the early stages of crawling and getting up to

Definitely a must have for transitioning from swaddling or swaddling

I have to say this is the best thing I've bought for my little one in a long time. JUST UNBELIEVABLE! My toddler was sent home from the hospital in a halo diaper. From day one he himself fell asleep in his sleep and at night. We ended up only using it at night. As soon as I put him there and put him to bed, he falls asleep immediately with no fuss. He loved it. Until he outgrew it at 3 1/2 months. Now I don't have to change the children for so long, but I don't want to disturb his daily routine

  • Trial for a year

Great transition diaper!

My daughter is quite tall for an almost four month old so the HALO diapers we used were too short. It was and was the perfect next step for her. She's not quite rolling yet, but she's getting closer and we've decided not to wrap. We are working on a dreaded 4 month sleep regression. To put that in perspective, here's our recent story. She was changed for several nights and kept breaking out of the diaper. I got up at 3, then at 4 and 6 I adjusted her diaper after she woke up on her own. My wife

Great blanket soothing baby sleeps well

Our baby was swaddled first then into a Merlin sleeping bag, to the point where he turned over in a Merlin bag it was time for the change . My baby had great nights with this new wearable blanket for the first few nights. It's a great thickness because it's not too much for the summer but would still work well with soccer pajamas in the winter. I like the sleeves because they are similar to the Merlin bag idea but not as restrictive. This blanket doesn't hold your baby down so the transition…

Almost perfect for baby bedding

I really like this item. We had a son at SNOO until he was 6 months old and I didn't do a good job of weaning him off his missing arms. fastened. So after SNOO he spent a month in HALO diapers, which he really liked. But then I finally had to grit my teeth and pull it out from under the straps. Which wasn't as easy as it seems. He's really used to it. This little blanket somehow worked when he first tried it. No fuss, no problem, fell asleep straight away and have never regretted it. to praise!
