I had no problems after trying it for a few days. There were installation instructions on the box so the process went very smoothly for me. I printed out some fun sheet music for my kids and included a picture for reference. TLDR: easy installation process, good quality, unbeatable price.

I have ordered other printer cartridges from this manufacturer, so I did not hesitate to order them again. It arrived very quickly and delivered great results as expected. Crisp ink and just like the real thing except it's half the price and you get two. I'm not sure why anyone would want to get the expensive original when it measures quality and results. I only use Brother printers and luckily there are other brands of toner cartridges like this one that can be replaced. This is the second time I've bought a cartridge of this particular model and I'm very happy with the results! I still print a lot of paper copies for school and it's good to have a cheap toner that prints as well as brand name cartridges. and the quality was great!

Bought this item in May and put the first cartridge in the printer it worked fine and I used all the ink. When I put the second cartridge in the printer, it kept asking me to put in a new toner cartridge because it was empty. The toner cartridge went straight into the printer from the sealed box so I don't know if it was empty or just defective? At the moment I can't return the item because I bought it 2 months ago.
