It's not even the same design

Okay, the design isn't the end of the world, it's not ugly, but I really wanted a different design. The sides are pushed out or in as in the picture, which I can ignore but looks wobbly. Everything is fine inside, we were never shown from the inside so I didn't know what it should look like. It has a small pocket on the side but it's very tight like it's for credit cards or whatever which is fine but it doesn't have a zipper as advertised.
