Hansa 190385 Ferret Plush Brown Review

My wife liked it. We have ferrets as pets and this was a good representation of their appearance and behavior. Good construction and materials. Other ferrets seem to show an unusual interest in him when we let them near him, as if expecting him to play with them.

This ferret is AWESOME! Looks very realistic and made my 11 year old daughter's day when she got it for her birthday. It was a bit pricey, but it looks a lot more realistic and is a lot more affordable than a real ferret in the long run. So I give him a big thumbs up for everything.

This is the third Hansa product in our family. The other two belong to our 2 year old granddaughter, this was for my wife for Christmas. They're a little more expensive than other stuffed animals, but they're made so well that I think they're worth it. My mistake was my wife opening this present in front of K who of course thought it was for her! KDM

We like that our ferret is always on the lookout. Probably hoping for a snack. Whatever the case, it's beautifully constructed with airbrushed tints to the face, paws, and tummy, stitched toe pads, and nylon whiskers to add realism to it. The front legs are slightly posable, which allows them to hold light objects if desired.

I bought a Hansa Ferret Plush Brown plush for my daughter's birthday. She had recently lost her beloved ferret to illness and was still heartbroken. She loved Hansa the ferret so much and plans to open it so she can put her recently deceased ferret's ashes inside so she can hold it again. She says that Hansa's ferret was very similar to her beloved ferret. My only regret is that I wasn't there when she unwrapped her birthday present for Hansa Ferret. I heard her cry when she opened it.

I love ferrets, I have ferrets and I have a small collection of toy cones. This guy (my apologies to anyone who thinks this is a woman) had an unusual pose, very neat markings, and a classic ferret facial expression. The artist has captured the animal well. It has a hole in the back seam - if I (horror!) let a real baby or (worse!) real ferret play with it, its stuffing could come out. I can sew it as it is, no problem. He's a lovely and fun addition to my little flock of furry toys.

I am a ferret rescuer and I go to elementary schools in many school districts to teach children about ferrets. I don't let them keep real ferrets because children can be so small and dangerous that they can accidentally harm them. I always bring them toy ferrets for them to hold and touch as I teach and show them real ferrets. Ferrets can catch the flu virus from children and die from it.
