Changed our shower experience

I was a bit skeptical about buying this shower head. It was worth every penny. My wife didn't care, but now she uses this shower head exclusively. We have dual shower heads in our main shower. We have a rain shower directly from the ceiling and a normal rain shower on the wall. We love this one so much we are planning to get a Hansgrohe shower head for our wall unit as well.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Makes me angry

Great shower head: Fixed shower heads

We are very happy with this shower head. We installed it on a 17" mount and it works great. Sure it wasn't the cheapest shower head, but if it lasts many years we'll be happy. There is one thing though: this shower head is quite heavy for its size. Make sure your shower is tight or your pipe is coming down from the ceiling. We're using the longest shower we could find, but the head is still not centered over the drain.

Pros
  • A little over
Cons
  • Not the best

Doesn't feel like a spa experience

I bought a rain shower head hoping for the same type of spa rain shower experience. It's not relevant. It may be 50% the amount of water I would expect. Regarding washing off soap and shampoo foam, the foam is washed off, but you have to help it with your hands. Water itself does not do this by itself. Mostly I just use a body spray/manual to get soap/shampoo lather off. For reference, my water pressure is 70 psi.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Upgrades

Great shower head but needs a new mother.

Works great. Like real rain. My only complaint is that there isn't enough room to fit a wrench on the stem nut. The actual shaft is very close to the spinning ball. So if you try to use a wrench, it will tear off the stem nut. A 17mm wrench must be used. I personally think that with a shower head in this price range everything will be almost perfect, but I don't think that's the case. Especially since WallyWorld's $19.99 showerhead has enough room to tighten the spindle nut.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Without automatic

Durable and ideal for bath faucets and showerheads

My husband and I just completed a major bathroom renovation. It was a letdown and I was a bit skeptical at first. But wow! Our water pressure is probably average, but for some reason it seems unusual. Very relaxing shower underneath. Not sure why you need this, but the head rotates a bit (maybe if you decide to wall mount it too much?). The only downside is that you also have to buy a small extension cord to connect it to the water supply. If it were to happen again I would just ditch the wall…

Pros
  • Feels Good
Cons
  • Frequency

Take your money and have your best shower time

I agree with one of the previous reviews, take your money and have your best shower time! This is the third shower head we have purchased for our master bathroom. The first did not give enough hydropower, the second was the wrong size. I finally found this one. After reading all the reviews I immediately wanted to buy. I waited and spoke to my designer about how to set it up. At first he said NO and said it was too late to add something like that. I didn't give up because I really want to try…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Update availability

Good upgrade! in bathroom faucets and showerheads

We previously had an Air 150 (Hansgrohe 27495821 Raindance S 150 AIR 3-jet shower head Brushed Nickel) and while it was nice we really wanted to pour more water on ourselves. . We love the hotels we've stayed in that have rainfall showers so this seemed like a nice upgrade. Wow, that was great. It's very easy to swap out and despite having the same flow rate as the 150, it seems to use a lot more water. Efficiency is important to us when working with well water, especially from low flow wells…

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black
