Not Worth the Money

I recently purchased a female stereo splitter for my MP3 player and was gravely disappointed. Through trial and error, I found that it caused my headphones to produce a hissing sound, completely ruining my listening experience. The only positive aspect is that it was gold plated, suggesting decent quality electronics were used. However, the negative outweighed the positive, and I would not recommend this product to anyone.

3 way splitter, works great so far

This works as expected when I can connect 3 devices to 1 source jack. If necessary, the 3 cables can be separated from each other. I use this in my car behind the dash with an extra display so I can get sound through the extra small speaker and now I don't have to switch the radio to AUX to hear the navigation.

The tip of the 1/8 male audio jack broke off in my iPad's headphone jack.

On the go my kids used to watch movies and use this headphone splitter. The tip of the male audio jack broke in my iPad's headphone jack, causing the iPad to think it was in headphone mode. This meant they could hear every sound from the iPad for the rest of the ride. It was a bummer.
