3 months - lightning broke!

We bought our daughter in February 2021 for her 6th birthday. It's May (three months later) and the zipper is completely broken. We cannot close on any side. SO disappointed because the backpack is really adorable and our unicorn loving daughter loved it but now it's useless because we can't close it.

Pretty bag. Bad design

Very cute bag. 7 year old daughter loves it BUT. After 3 weeks one of the main zippers broke. Now we've been back at school for a little over a month and the second zipper broke! Tried desperately to get both flashes going again but failed! She's in first grade, so she's not carrying a load! So we can't even speak of overuse! Just bad design! Should have listened to previous reviews!

This bag would be great but the zipper broke.

I have had the bag since October 18th and on October 29th the zipper broke twice with normal use. The bag itself is cute and well designed, my daughter loved it but what's the use of all this when her books fall out of the bag on the way home because it has a terrible zipper. A zipper on a bag of any kind should be durable. My daughter is in 4th grade and yes she carries quite a bit but this bag has a lot of pockets and space for things but it can't be zipped up now. It's a shame because it's…
