Having made many carts in my time I am disappointed in this product. I had to move a 700 lb block of marble that would have fallen 300 lbs under its advertised load capacity. Well, it didn't fall apart, but the reels don't turn well. So if you want to change direction with a heavy burden, God help you! Even if he moved it in a straight line, he didn't want to move! For heavy loads, 4" casters are preferred!

The receipt enclosed with the purchase says "port transport" so I know the brand. the trolley itself also rolls very well on carpets and rugs. I use it for two mechanical tool boxes that I keep in the car when I'm working on them. Total weight is probably 100-200 pounds, so I can't comment on the load-carrying issues others have cited. Wheels are good quality, bearings are good, no rust. I am satisfied with my PS purchase. Excellent packaging!

I'm so upset - I moved a table onto it and it left marks on my wooden floor. I can't describe how awful I feel now after ruining my entire first floor. $10,000 damage, easy. :(Two days before I was moving a heavier item on a borrowed cart and had no side effects so I didn't even consider damage with this cart. The wheel design has a raised center and transfers all the weight a bit, which my hard wood floors crushed For outdoor or garage use only.

Great little Dolly! It's so useful, very convenient, easy to store, easy to take with you. I've used it to move 4 filing cabinets and a tool box and it's always ready for the next job! I particularly like the wider carpet strips, which protect everything you move even better! In fact, I think even longer wagons like this one should have wider carpeted wooden decks! In the photos it looks like a 'real' dolly (18" x 30") but it only measures 12" x 18". As others have pointed out, "hardwood" is particle board. "Three inch wheels" are nowhere near even close and are not "rubber". People in our country buy that slave labor junk, resell it to us and then pocket their ill-gotten gains It's time to line 'em all up for a good Valentine's Day scolding.
