Everything they recommended has been done. So far very satisfied. It took a few links to remove and now it's good to wear until it breaks. Satisfied with everything.

The watch is beautiful and looks exactly like the picture. But the watch strap was too big for my wrist (and my wrist is not small) - difficult to change links. The first two jewelers tried to remove the links - but failed. The 3rd jeweler will try. If the 3rd jeweler is unable to remove some of the links I plan to return the watch with a complaint about the watch strap.

I love this watch. In fact, I like it more now than when I first got it. Blue is the perfect color for navy blue clothing or blue jeans. The bracelet is a beautiful combination of shiny and matte. It's large and even though I have a large wrist I had to remove four links but it only cost me $10 so I figured it would be a steal. But I really like not straining to see the time. Probably not the best style for a petite woman but perfect for me.

Expect to pay for the links to be shortened unless your wrist is large. Oh, and maybe replace the battery. My watch arrived with a dead battery. I managed to remove only four links and even then it looks more like a watch as they are still hanging on my wrist. Paid an additional $25 to remove the link and battery. This is NOT the quality watch that they would have you believe with the ridiculously HUGE "recommended retail price" that they like to advertise. Not even remotely more expensive…
