Bronze vs Silver in my rating

I received the bronze colored clip and I love it. However, the bronze color allows it to blend with darker ties (which most of my ties are). If you want to make a statement and want the shape of the anchor to be visible from afar, I would recommend considering the silver color.

Pros
  • The clip works well, looks great and has received many compliments. However, I stepped on it and it broke... my problem. 10/10
Cons
  • The tie pin may be too light for some formal occasions, making it out of place.

But looks good and works.

I like the style but it doesn't extend enough to my ties. Maybe I only have wide ties. It works, don't get me wrong, it works, but the end of the anchor stops about halfway to my tie. If that was the design, then BOOM, perfect. The rear clip is strong enough even in strong winds.

  • I bought this as an extra tie clip but it soon became my favorite. Stays in place, looks great and elegant.
Cons
  • The tie clip must not be combined with ties of a specific color or pattern, which limits its versatility.

Nice tie pin!

Beautiful tie clip in a beautiful copper color. In reality even better than in the photo. Love it! I wore it to work the other day and got a lot of compliments. Robust construction and great optics!

  • The gift box it comes in may be bulky or awkward to store and take up extra space.

Gave an antique finish and wore it as a wedding guest. The clip became a real hit and a cause for conversation. I got a few compliments on it last night and gave my costume a twist. Excellent purchase.
