This camera was easy to set up and did everything I needed. I use it on a Fisher Scientific BS200 Infinity trinocular microscope to view aquatic microorganisms and slides of plant and animal tissue. Image sharpness is fantastic even at high magnifications. You just need to make sure you have the correct camera adapter (the one that pops out) for the microscope and the reducer lens (0.5x) that fits the camera adapter for it to work properly.
